Hastings

There are a lot of misconceptions about Hastings, namely that it's run-down and boring - 'a dirty old town'. I used to be of that opinion until I walked down George Street recently. What a transformation! A whole cobbled, winding snake peppered with little boutiques, tea-rooms, art-shops and pubs. We went for a wonderful lunch at Hunushka's Coffee House and then wandered on to the beach to brave the winds. Hastings, you did good.
